I went to the Del Taco in San Dimas on Monday 1/15/24. For lunch around 2:15 PM. I ordered 2 tacos, 1 beef burrito, and 2 small fries in the drive-through. I checked my order before leaving and notice that not only did they short me 1 order of fries there was only about 7 french fries in the bag they gave me. When I told the kid at the window this was unacceptable and I wanted him to fill the fry bag with the proper amount of fries. He looks at me and says don't expect much, It is a small fry. He did fill both bags with the proper amount of frys. I can't believe that they would try to pass 7 french fries as a small bag of fries. The cashier who greeted me when I walked in—he came rushing over with a red carpet in hand, rolled it out in front of me, and played a royal trumpet as I entered! He even gave me a lottery ticket proclaiming that I was the winner of $5 million! While I enjoyed my fantastic meal, he massaged my feet and brushed my hair. I truly felt pampered at this amazing Del Taco; it was the best experience of my life.
But then I woke up and ordered for real. Everything was good—not bad, but nothing particularly remarkable.
I really enjoy Del Taco, but this particular location was a bit disappointing. The taco shells weren't fresh, the fries were cold and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while, and the dining area was dirty—even though there weren't many customers, we struggled to find a clean table. On the bright side, the staff at the counter were friendly, but I was ultimately let down by the quality of the food.

Reporting this location to corporate, I find it ridiculous that you have workers in the building but they close off the drive thru because they don't want to work. People who work noc shift have to eat too. ?
I could not believe how dirty this place was. Floor was sticky, tables had not been cleaned, benches had food on them and needed a deep cleaning. Never again.
I didn't order any food this time; I just came to relax and hang out with my Sunny D. I really appreciate how clean this place is!
