I love the green goddess salad and I eat it often. The taste is right and the salad ingredients have been fresh each time I?ve been here. It?s a good balance of protein and vegetables. French baguettes could be fresher though; sometimes they?re hard tochew. Curbside orders have often been incorrect, and portion sizes are inconsistent. I appreciate how they have always correctedmy order when I have brought it to their attention, and a few times they have even offered something extra for theinconvenience. I recommend thoroughly checking your order before leaving.
I dropped by the other Panera this morning, and both of these locations are fully stocked on the cups by the kiosks, which is a godsend. It's so unlike the ones in northern OC. I'm impressed with how much they put out and wish it could be like that everywhere.Anyway, this one felt cozy, but the layout was a little confusing. I think the other one felt cleaner, but it was also not as occupied at the time!I'll be stopping by every now and then since school brought me here. I'm so glad Panera is within reach, and it's truly my favorite café!
The tables really needed cleaning; none of them had been wiped down. It wasn't always like this. The staff member who cleaned our table didn't move on to attend to the others. I understand this issue might be related to our government and the minimum wage situation.
Fresh Great food, but their take out services need improvement. They just place the food on the counter without calling out the order or name ... they should have someone at the takeout counter dispersing the food, versus having food just sit there onthe counter.

Staff is rude especially the cashier. Food is good but if I got my order correct cuz something has to be missing or the order went to the wrong customer. Store clean I would definitely give that but yet they still need to work on courtesy and friendlyservice
There's two locations close by but this is my go to Panera. Always busy. But the staff is super friendly the food is good been coming to this location for years now and will never change to another location
This place is freezing cold. If you buy ice cream from outside it won't melt. It's like going to the frozen section of Costco. Bring your coat for snow if you want to stay inside. I'm not being sarcastic.
The service is great, the food is pretty good, but the prices are high. At least some of the rewards offsets some of the prices.

I always have a magnificent experience at this place, employees are courteous , the food taste delicious and fresh.
The restaurant was vacant. The tables were dirty, and the trash bins were overflowing.
