I’ve experienced order issues three times due to my own mistakes (like ordering too early or having an app reward problem), and each time, the staff has been absolutely amazing in helping me. They even remade my food for me once and always treat me with such kindness while resolving my issues quickly. The manager and the rest of the ladies are incredibly hardworking and friendly! They even surprised me by drawing little hearts on my taco wrappers recently, which was a fun touch! I've been visiting this place on and off for the past year, and I finally decided to share my positive experience in a review.
It was a simple situation: it was late, and I needed something to eat. This Del Taco was the nearest option, and who can resist crinkle-cut fries? The service was good, and my order was accurate. Everything was hot and tasty. While it took a bit longer than expected to get our food, it was late, and the drive-thru line was starting to fill up. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I will likely return for the great food, service, and convenience.
We placed our order, but they closed the dining room for repairs while we were there. My double cheeseburger only had one patty; I should have asked for a burrito instead, but they gave me a taco to compensate for the missing patty. Overall, we finished our entire order and had no leftovers.
