Where do I begin?!? I use Bev stuff up by 2 other chefs. I called Chef Gail on short notice to cater my 10 to anniversary. Not only did she come to the rescue…she gave us exactly what I wanted! Her and her assistant was phenomenal!! She gave me many options to choose from and let me tell you…she didn’t disappoint! We had a 4-course meal which was prepared in our home and served to each of my guests! She also gave me wine parings for each course. It was such a hit! We left full and overly satisfied! If you need a chef…you need to call her!!! Hands down a wonderful experience!!
I had a fantastic experience working with Chef Gail. She assisted me in planning the food for my son's birthday party from beginning to end. She was always quick to respond to my questions and offered great recommendations. On the day of the event, her team took care of all the setup and served during the party, allowing me to relax and enjoy the celebration. Every guest complimented the delicious food. I will definitely be using Delectable Dining by Chef Gail again in the future, and I highly recommend her team to my friends and family.
Chef Gail is a true Trini chef!!! She knows how to cook wonderful Caribbean food which makes me think of home. Her j chicken was fabulous, the rice and peas were delicious, and her callaloo was superb! If you want GREAT Caribbean food, call her. She can cook other foods, but I wanted food that tasted like l was at my grannie’s on the island.Chef Gail cooked for my birthday and l loved everything! I had no complaints. I will definitely call her again. She was timely, professional, friendly and personable, all the things l want in a chef.
Chef Gail was a pleasure to work with. We had a last-minute request, and she handled it effortlessly. Although the food we ordered was for someone else, I heard that the presentation was superb and the dishes were exceptionally delicious. We would definitely recommend Gail.

Thank goodness for Chef Gail! She has provided great meals for 2 events we have hosted. Each dinner required a different menu and both were outstanding. Gail is very easy to work with, no stress at all. We will be calling Chef Gail for our next event.
