I know how the restaurant can have good advice. I went there for the seventh time last week and for me it's the best Japanese restaurant of 78! and I'm a sushi addict/maki/sashimi/ravioli !!!! I have tested Japanese mantes the pretty to the murals, from rambouillet to saint arnoult, from maurepas verses, from St germ to conflans. And I never got better! And it's at will! When I read the comments that come out "no fresh" I think they are accustomed to eating live fish, because in this restaurant, everything is prepared for order and is fresh and delicious!I strongly advise you to go! every time we make the journey from s germain to laye to get there and...We go back there tonight !!!^^
good I only tested the version to take but objectively the M16 menu was not bad. a 18.80€ we have 9 big sashimi - big I insert, no cigarette paper - we have 5 cheese beef brochettes, a natural rice, 6 makis and a salad soup. sushi rice: excellent, very well cooked and vinegar, fish very good and itou for the rest. the resto is close to the service station out of beynes to pontchartrain and its parking lot is huge. simple but effective reception - arrived without preventing my order was prepared in a few minutes. payment ticket resto, goodbye smiling, it was really good - nothing to say again. tested on Wednesday night. It seems better. Actually, I'm taking my teens instead, not a fan of that kitchen. the place is huge, and it's an advantage to park and find room there, but my daughter finds that the atmosphere is cold there. On the other hand, they love, and knowing the price of this kitchen, I find their menus quite correct and good.
The freshman is not rigour, I would just say:1/ that yes we do not understand anything,2/ the salad was cooked, I even had the impression that she was coming out of the trash, 3/ I had very bad belly afterwards!And to finish super expensive in the evening to warm up micro wave!
very good Japanese restaurant, with some Chinese dishes also. sushi are fresh and excellent. the whole is copyy and of quality. a good address to take away or on-site (will form.)
