I used to go there mainly for the baked good. I can 't complain about the food. What messing things up is the service. Last time I was there, I waited for someone for over 30min. They just kept walking by me. No hello. No eye contact. No I 'll be there in a minute . Nothing. Rude. Rude. Super rude. They dont deserve my money. Haven 't been back since. I don 't even order online anymore. There are other Colombian places better than this one.

the food was just ok, the service pretty bad, the girl on the front very very very rude, I am not Colombian so I don't know their food very well, so any question I made, she answered it with a very bad attitude. La comida esta solo ok, el servicio muy muy malo, la chica que atiende al frente es muy grosera, no soy Colombiana, no conozco su comida muy bien, entonces cada pregunta que le hacia me la contestaba muy molesta

I've never been more disappointed in a cake in my life. We payed extra for a tres leche cake, and they forgot the leche. That would be forgiven as a mistake if it wasn't for the horrible service that we received returning the cake. First they ruined the cake, then they had the audacity to talk down to us as if we didn't know what a tres leches cake was. I would give it no stars if I could.

The Food Came late The Food was Not warm The Tip 18% Already include not giving me chance to give my own tip And than when I pay for the Robbery Fees And Intop Those Assholes Charge 20% extra Intop of the tip and final order If you pay for by credit Card !!

Terrible service. It's obvious that they are in business solely for the money and the customer does NOT come first.
