A small group of us visited on a weekday night for desserts, luckily our smart thinking friends had booked a table, as the place was packed. It's actually the first thing that hits you when you walk in - the amount of people in a smallish area. I wouldn't describe this place as a restaurant it is really more a cafe dining feel. This is the place for the 'freak shake' ($12.50), and they certainly look good with how they are presented. This venue has very poor customer service. They are not very accommodating for people with prams and babies. If you have a child in a pram do not visit this place. They will give you a seat in the corner next to the door and expect you to squash in your pram next to the table and then expect someone to sit in the doorway and have cold air blown on them every single time the door opens. When you tell them that the table location and configuration doesn't work they will then look at you like you have spoken in German and not help you at all. I recently dined at Theazzis and can confidently say that their pasta is unmatched. However, I was disappointed with my steak yesterday as I had ordered it medium rare but it was well done. While this may seem minor, the texture of the steak was tough and not enjoyable. The restaurant staff was friendly and the sticky date dessert was delicious. I was a bit let down when we were asked to leave after an hour despite having made a reservation, but overall I would definitely return.
Had an amazing dining experience here! Staff was great, service was good, food was fantastic and vibes were excellent. A lively restaurant with delicious food especially the grilled meats. I had chargrilled braised lamb and it was superb succulent and flavourful. I will encourage the restaurant to offer garlic sauce with the lamb to further enhance the flavour. It does get busy so reserve a table and enjoy your time! Parking is available nearby.

We went there couple of times and personally I prefer stone grilled steak. You can grill it as much as you want and it tastes really nice. Passion fruit cocktail also was really good. Burger also is really good here. Definitely, coming back here to try more Desserts and cocktails.
All I have to say is: Penne with Slow-Cooked Braised Lamb Ragu amazing pasta and the Lucky Mack burger was also awesome. The stone cooked mixed grill was also a fun experience glad I picked this to be my last stop before my weight loss surgery pre-operative diet starts!
Great spot for families and larger groups. I’m not quite sure how to describe this place, it reminds me of good pub food. I had the chicken souvlaki and popcorn chicken. The meals were larger than I was expecting. They were tasty and satisfying. Would return.
Love their freakshakes, best I've had before as they are not too overpowering and sweet so you can actually enjoy them. Service is fast, restaurant is a bit pricey for what it is but its tasty

After seeing countless mouth-watering photos uploaded from Demazzi, we decided to head down to Essendon for lunch and give them a try.
Demazzi is a spacious restaurant with a diverse menu and delicious food. We definitely plan on returning!
