By far the best restaurant we have been to in the last 6 months!! We go out to dinner twice a week and tonight decided to go here for the first time, so glad we did! Firstly the food is AMAZING! The quality was fantastic. I had the parmesan wheel pasta served table side served by such a lovely friendly waitress too) was one of the best pastas I have ever had! Husband had chicken parmigana and he can eat alot.. But tonight couldn't even finish it! He was very impressed!..it was such a huge meal. And the chicken tenders and chips kids meal) were a big hit with our daughter. And the dessert was fantastic! We had a ferero cheescake stick and an oreo cheesecake stick, beautiful presentation, and...
We decided to try out Denari’s for my son's birthday dinner. When I ordered the meal, the dark-haired girl serving me had a very unfriendly tone, which I initially shrugged off. We ordered the strawberry and cream waffles, which were supposed to come with marscapone cream, macaron, and fairy floss according to the menu. However, what we received was a soggy and unappetizing waffle with runny yellow custard between the layers, along with a chocolate tim tam and chocolate shard. When I asked the staff about the missing items, they claimed they didn't have them and replaced them with the tim tam and shard without informing us beforehand. The dark-haired girl's response to my complaint was rude...
This restaurant experience was very disappointing. I can't even give them half a star. The female waitress was unfriendly and unhelpful. When we asked for our table, she just pointed to a random area without specifying. The food came out slowly and with mistakes - wrong orders and poorly cooked dishes. I tried to make a joke with the waitress, but she responded rudely. The only positive was the friendly pizza maker who was working hard to keep up with the orders. Overall, a very poor dining experience.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, with generous portions of homemade meals. The coffee is great and the service is very friendly. The wood oven pizzas were authentic and just amazing! The the service was what blew my mind, Amanda was our waitress and she was amazing, she went above and beyond all expectations and is clearly amazing at her job and just an amazing lady
Great food, huge serve of salt pepper squid and snitties. Kids meals were great and good value, Staff were very helpful friendly despite the place being packed due to a party on the upper deck. Will go back there!!
The BEST cheese wheel pasta I have ever had! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I had a great evening and 110% recommend! Thanks so much for an awesome birthday dinner!
