It was autumn, with beautiful leaves colours and even some snow in the wind. Ideal for eating game! Unfortunately - but was it unfortunate? - the deer came from New Zealand and not from Valais. The waiter acknowleged it frankly. But everything was perfectly cooked, the service was efficient and pleasant (no hurry... except when you ask for something). A touch of creativity in the plates, with many nice ideas (except to put the small portion of spaezli in a glass).

Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und Qualität. Ich habe die Nieren auf Senfsauce mit Risotto (Roignons) gegessen und das Rindfleisch war auch ausgezeichnet.
