I came in wanting to buy the pistachio cake as it looked great when seen online, but unfortunately in person, all the mousse cakes did not look as appetizing so I opted for the coconut ube cake instead. In my opinion, the buttercream was a bit too much on the sweeter side and did not taste the ube) and the cake itself was not light/airy like chiffon, but rather dense and gooey. Overall, I’ve had better cakes within this price range $52) and probably won’t be going back for the cakes, however the service was great and the ambiance in the cafe was very nice!
$10-15 plus for a small slice of mediocre cake in a plastic tub out of a fridge served with plastic cutlery and a paper napkin is not how I want to spend my money. Thank you. Better off going to the Cheese Cake Factory. You pay the same but get a much bigger portion with more options, better service and nicer decor.
A chai latte is OVER $8. They don’t even offer wifi (understandable, but then why price a tea bag in steamed milk so high? . Good pastries but not great. With prices like these I just hope they pay their staff well and aren’t solely relying on customers to pay them through tips.
Ordered the strawberry shortcake for a birthday. It is the best I have ever tasted in Toronto. It's super light and fluffy, it is not too sweet. You have to experience it for yourself to know, there is no amount of describing that will get it right. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I bought the chocolate and raspberry mousse here. It didn't have the constancy of a proper mousse but was light and airy. Moreover the matcha green tea vanilla macaron had a crunchy outside and a chewy inside. I enjoyed it thoroughly.
Really great birthday cake. Loved the flavor of the cake and selections. Well definitely be one of my go to for cakes in the future. Also bought chocolate chunk cookies which were really delicious as well. Thank you!
