The ambiance is enjoyable, featuring a calm and serene atmosphere with courteous staff and attentive service. We started with spring rolls and papaya salad. The spring rolls were very good, while the salad was nice but not extraordinary. We then ordered Pad Thai and Thai basil fried rice, which we absolutely loved. Additionally, we were fortunate to try their coconut pudding, made from fresh, delicate coconuts and lightly sweetened. They only make this dessert a couple of times a year—around Mother's Day and Father's Day, if I recall correctly. I have tried several thai places in the area and Diamond Thai is by far the best ive had! I ordered the drunken noodles and thai iced tea on multiple occasions and it has been on point every time. All other thai resteraunts ive tried, the noodles were always so bland, no flavor, and barely any spice. Diamond Thai's noodles are SO flavorful and the food is actually spicy. I can generally handle spicy food but would not get beyond spice level 1. Spice level 1 is even slightly too spicy for me. This has definitely become a go to spot for me.
