The potato baked dish was disappointing, featuring overcooked, dry meat, no butter, only a sprinkle of cheese, and sour cream placed on the outside of the potato rather than inside. The food arrived cold. The brisket from the two-meat plate was inedible, and the toast—which should have been a roll—had an unpleasant soapy taste. The mac and cheese appeared to have been reheated after sitting out all day. Additionally, the BBQ sauce was spilled all over the bag, creating a mess. Despite the rising prices, the quality of the food has declined with each order. I will never order from this place again. It's revolting—there's clearly no pride in the food being served here.
