Where should I start? First impression of a few of the menu items I wanted were not available that?s understandably offered as a suitable and acceptable alternative. I sat down for a three meat plate; Sausage, rib(s) and a few pieces of pork. Beans baked for my pages and Mac and cheese. The food was a meager serving, but what it lacked in the amount was something almost made in quality. However, the dinner roll, or rather dinner brick, is not intended for human consumption. Ask for beans, got Mac and cheese. ask for okra and was told nothing fried was made today. For some odd reason this Dickies does not taste anywhere near like the other one's I've been. Then it dawned on me. The food taste like it had an IHOP twist to it and realized it tasted like Syrup. On a side note: I'm not a very picky person but from a business perspective. I'd be very embarrassed in the service provided and the quality of food provided from here. 5hr update: Changed to one star. Don't come here if you want $18 worth of Hershey Squirts. Not only me but my co driver as well. We thought the food tasted funny. I want a refund
Don't bother spending money here. I live around the area and have given them many tries. Never once have they had full menu available. Sausages will always be dry like they been sitting all day. Brisket is the same way along with the ribs when they have them.They will literally tell you they don't know how to make burnt ends. So why have it on the menu? Don't try to go in past about 5 o'clock cause they will basically have no food. The rolls are ok when they are not cold and hard. There's far far better places to get BBQ in the area so save your the trouble and the trips to the bathroom.
I will only give 2 stars because regardless of the poor customer service we were given the food was very delicious whatever little we received. We order 3 meats plate and were only given a small strip of brisket and 3 small pieces of sausage when we asked for our sides the cashier just rolled her eyes and our side were very cold when ask for bbq sauce pickles and onions she rolled her eyes and gave it to me with attitude but only thing I did notice was she was so ready to charge me my so call 3 meats plate very poor service

The burnt ends were dry and overly salty, and the pulled pork was also dry and lacked flavor. While the ribs were tender, they didn't taste fresh. The sausage was good, and the baked potato was large and moist. The mac and cheese was decent. Overall, I got the impression that the meat wasn't fresh; it seemed like it had been cooked earlier and just reheated. Considering the $18 price, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
I placed an order online for pickup, but when I arrived, I was informed that their system had not received any online orders. Additionally, they were out of the taters I had ordered. To make matters worse, they neglected to include any sauce on either plate or in the bag. The food was mediocre, but it certainly wasn't worth the trouble I experienced to get it.
The woman had a strong presence, while the new staff member was rather quiet. We had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. They were out of several menu items, only accepted cash, and the food was tough and dry. The side dishes were only filled halfway, which felt like a poor value for the money. I think the staff needs to be reevaluated.
Lady had a attitude and the guy that was working there was new so he was very quiet and we repeatedly had to ask him to repeat his self and also they was out of alot of stuff, they only take cash , the food was very tuff dry and the sides was filledbelow half way inside the containers it was a waste of money the workers need to be fired

Burnt ends dry and super salty/ pulled pork dry and no flavor/ ribs tender, not fresh/ sausage good/ Baked potato mashed great/ Mac and cheese good . Overall I believe the meat was not fresh, meaning cooked today. Would not recommend especiallyfor the cost. $18
