The service here isn’t exactly welcoming; it’s a boba shop, so I didn’t have high expectations. However, my drink usually comes out fairly quickly and tastes good, so I have no major complaints. They’re typically good at answering phone calls for orders, but during this visit, they didn’t pick up, so I had to place my order when I arrived. Fortunately, there were only two other customers in the store, and they had already received their drinks, so my order was taken quickly.

I absolutely love Ding Tea! They allow me to add as many boba toppings to my milk tea or slushy as I want, and they even provide them in a separate cup. This is one of the things I adore about them. The milk teas and slushies are delicious, and the variety of toppings they offer is fantastic! Unlike most other boba places that usually limit you to just 3 or, at most, 6 toppings (mostly 3), Ding Tea happily lets me add 14 to 16. Their prices for extra toppings are reasonable, customer service is excellent, and their location on Park Ave in Alameda is always stunning and impeccably clean. So far, it's my favorite boba place!
Parking around this area is very difficult.We arrived around afternoon and it was not busy. The place is spacious and kinda empty.Menu is on the big screens and I hopped into Yelp to tell me what's good. I like to try things I can get at other boba spots. There was two drinks that looked good: monster boba latte and taro burnt cream milk tea.I got the taro one and it was actually very good. Think of it like creme brûlée. I had taro milk tea before and a lot of times the balance of flavor isn't there but THIS... this is very good. Would definitely come back for this and maybe... I'll try monster boba latte too.
I ordered online and arrived right on time for pickup, but they hadn't even started my order yet. When I finally received the drinks, they were awful! The monster latte was mostly milk and tasted sour and spoiled. The black boba was inedible. I was so frustrated that I ended up tossing my drink in the back of the trash can. I won't be returning to this place. They really need to invest in hiring or training a competent staff if they want to stay in business on Park Street!

I had the Hokkaido coffee, with popping blueberry boba, it was a nice contrast between strong, sweet, and tart! A very satisfying blend of flavors, with every sip! Terrible experience—this is absolutely unacceptable. My four siblings and I suffered from food poisoning after consuming drinks from this place. We were all vomiting continuously. Please check the ingredients you’re using in your drinks and ensure that everything is within its expiration date before serving customers!
I absolutely love all of their drinks! Each one is delicious and crafted with high-quality ingredients. I've tried every type they offer—juices, teas, milk teas, and smoothies! They serve my favorite boba drinks in the Bay Area. The Lychee Yakult or Yogurt is incredibly good!
The taro latte was absolutely delicious! I usually order the monster boba latte, but this time it tasted different from what I'm used to. It was almost flavorless and mainly tasted like milk. However, the boba added some improvement, and I finished it anyway. Oh well!

I love wintermelon and they always make it so good! The store was also aesthetic and a lot of space to just relax with friends.
