My husband just returned from the Latrobe location with six of his golf buddies. He mentioned that the bartender was quite rude and left them sitting at the bar without any drinks. They also ordered food, but she made it seem like it was a major inconvenience. When my husband asked for a box for the leftovers, she wouldn't even look at him and rudely tossed it onto the bar. Instead, she spent her time chatting with three other men at the other end of the bar, completely ignoring my husband and his friends. As a result, they'll be choosing to eat at Sharky's from now on, which typically costs them between $250 and $300 several times a month.
The service was excellent; that's the only positive aspect. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. I ended up with food poisoning and am still feeling unwell days later. This was our fourth and final visit. It's even worse than Sharky's, and that's saying something. The food tastes like something you'd find in a cafeteria—just truly awful. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 2.
