Cheyenne, the Shift Leader, is the sole reason I will never return to this Dunkin. The amount of absolutely unwarranted attitude could only have been described as juvenile, and I was actually embarrassed for her. Dunkin, maybe you should hire people thatdon?t hate everyone and every thing because you can literally feel the hatred emanating. There?s one woman in there that worksso hard, and I feel terrible because her great work is being overshadowed by idiotic and agitated punks. Will gladly stop goingto this Dunkin, deeply appalled
Dunkin' is struggling here in Australia. I used to enjoy it, but the drinks I've had recently have been terrible. The young lady who served me was nice enough, but there’s another employee who is very rude and seems annoyed to be helping customers. I don’t usually like to complain, but if I’m paying for something, I expect it to be at least drinkable—and I ended up throwing the whole thing away. It’s a shame it has come to this. Goodbye, Dunkin'. I tried, but I'm just wasting my money now. That's too many chances for me; I'm done.
From time to time ordered here in the last few years, but this is the first time I ordered food and not only the staff unnecessarily rude, but my order was completely wrong. When they approached to correct the order, they gave no answer and threw the corrected sandwich on the counter and even it was shocked. Just a piece of ham. Like one, very unprofessional and I will never be back.
I checked the bag to see if it was mine, and while they did get my sandwich right this time, it was poorly made. There was just one slice of ham on my bagel that was rolled up and barely on the sandwich, while the egg was completely on the other side. I didn’t say anything more; I just left. It must be the worst dunkin I've ever had. You can't make an ice cream coffee to save her life. I'm here several times and every time they can screw my ice cream. It is really not hard to make a caramel ice cream with cream and liquid sugar.. I will never go back to her I will go out of my way and go to another.
The coffee was great and most of the employees seemed pleasant. I'm only giving 4 stars because the parking lot/drive thru situation makes zero sense and was extremely aggravating.
The staff is very friendly, but there was one girl who stood out. The coffee is fantastic, but I found some coffee grounds in my drink.
