For the first time sitting and sitting outside. I was surprised that the ambience was a little dated. That said food and wine were both good. However, the menu online did not match the menu in the restaurant. They had only one of the two wines. With regard to the service, our server was quite unwilling and cold. She didn't try to be friendly, just the mere minimum of her work. I understand it was busy, but she corrected my pronunciation from a certain dish without humor, stopped from the literal second our food was discarded and asked how it was when none of had a chance to pick up a fork yet, not bothered to ask if we needed more wine, even if our glasses were empty (I asked a manager who w...
I give my experience of 4 out 5. I felt that the environment was a little hectic lots of waitstaff walking around trying to keep busy and a manager who was walking around the floor constantly which made me nervous and/or sorry for the staff, he was a big guy in a suit. I had the salmon which was melt in your mouth good, though it did have a couple bones in it, which I didn't see a warning about in the menu. The onion on top was good, but the carrots could have been softer. The bathroom was small but nice. It had a baby station which is forward thinking but it is a nice restaurant I can't imagine too many babies being brought to. It also had hand blow dryers which I've heard spread germs more...
We sat in the enclosed patio area at this restaurant. The ambiance was energetic, and we could hear and see the occasional train passing by. The appetizers, brussel sprouts and octopus, were really great. Our pasta dishes were also good. It was a busy night and the staff forgot about our bottle of wine, but they made it up to us by giving us a free dessert in the end.
This restaurant is a great lunch spot. The staff provided excellent service with attention to detail. The kitchen staff prepared amazing food. The host even went above and beyond by offering me a cappuccino, which was a great way to start the day. We will definitely be returning when we are back in the city.
I knew that this restaurant would be great because I know and love Francesca’s. I hosted around 15 people at a private party in one of Disotto’s private rooms and it was such a blast. The food was excellent, the service was impeccable, and the wine list suited us perfectly!
This lovely Italian restaurant offers a range of distinctive dishes. The complimentary bread is delightful and goes well with the olive oil seasoned with herbs. Be sure not to overlook this culinary adventure!

We went for my husbands birthday after Pumpkin Fest! Food was delicious! All 8 adults loved their meal and our grandson who is only 20 months old couldn’t get enough meatballs!!!
