Yet another excellent dining experience! The service was fantastic and the food was outstanding. The charcuterie board was especially tasty. As always, we made sure to reserve our favorite dish, the Cote de boeuf, to ensure we wouldn't miss out. Cooked to perfection, medium rare, it was the standout of our meal. The duck confit was also delicious, with crispy skin and tender meat. Both desserts were equally delicious.
The talented Head Chef Mark Knox showcases his culinary skills at District Brasserie, situated at the base of Chiefly Square. The restaurant offers two distinct sections - a cafe and bakery, as well as a bar and restaurant. Despite not being a regular at Chiefly Tower, I had the pleasure of experiencing this venue on a Friday evening for a romantic date night with my partner MW.
