Wow!!! What an amazing meal. I kicked things off with a Muskoka lager to awaken my taste buds. I ordered the scallops and shrimp pasta, and it was outstanding! The scallops and shrimp were both large and flavorful. I paired my meal with a glass of red wine. For dessert, I enjoyed a two-layer lemon cake topped with a blueberry-infused ganache, which was excellent! The server was attentive without being intrusive. I can't believe this place only has a 3.5-star rating. It's a shame we’re living in this uninspired generation post-COVID.
This restaurant is incredible, boasting breathtaking views and delicious food. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We ordered several dishes, and each one was flavorful and freshly prepared. They also have a nice selection of draft beers. The banana cake for dessert was outstanding. Kid-friendly options include plain pasta, chicken fingers, and customizable hamburgers.
If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. The food is outstanding, on par with European standards. Everything is fresh, perfectly cooked, and balanced in flavor—not too salty or sweet. I will definitely be returning!
Had a reservation for 4pm on a Friday and overall seating went smooth. Staff's were very friendly and patient. They Recommended few dishes and food was so yummy with few flies while enjoying the amazing views of Lake Muskoka.
The location the food all superb. We had a toddler with us and they accommodated us fully. The appetizers and main course we're highlights of our 5 day trip. You want good food and fast service go here.
We visited this restaurant while passing through Gravenhurst, and we had an amazing experience. As for the food, we ordered the Dock Side Burger and Rainbow...
I've always enjoyed my meals at Dock of the Bay. It's unfortunate that they close for the winter, but I'm eager for their reopening in the spring.
