The food was nothing special, in fact I couldn’t imagine you could mess up the asparagus so bad. I went there starving and came out hungry. It took hour for the first course to arrive I could not eat it; the second course...took another hour, it felt like we were sitting for ages at that table. We gave up on having desert, as we were not sure how long that would also take. The waiters seemed to always be in a hurry, no time to explain the dishes (especially as we do not speak French very well and the menu was only in French). Our lunch was seafood it being Friday and was very well done with several creative touches and was quite generous. Our starter was a shell fish with risotto with a safron souce. Our mains were merlou wrapped in bacon and done perfectly. There was a...truffle amuse bouche. Nice local white wine and a desert, all for a very fair price for such good food. We had also read, like others, about the service but all was fine. It is a young restaurant and perhaps they are sometimes overwhelmed but they are on the map now and will be popular given what we experienced.
Cadre agréable, serveuse souriante, compétente et professionnelle malgré le faite que la salle soit remplie et qu'elle soit seule au service. Une cuisine originale, créative, un bon rapport qualité-prix. Les vins sont ceux de la cave, ce qui limite les accords mets et vins mais qui fait aussi tout le charme et le concept de cet établissement, attenant de la cave du village de Beaumes. Nous y retourneront avec plaisir.
Creative and exquisite food, served with great attention. We found the entrée slightly salty, so told the chef. He immediately replaced the dish with apologies, which we really enjoyed to the last bite great service turning a possible disaster into pleasure. Voilà un lieu qui se mérite. Restaurant/bar à vin très discret de l'extérieur qui se trouve à la cave coopérative de Beaumes de Venise. C'est en allant au magasin de la cave qu'on m'a indiqué l'adresse et pas déçu du tout !! C'est tout nouveau J'ai mangé un burger avec frites maison, très bons vins de la région et pas très chers en plus !! Je recommande !
Déjeuner découverte du 31 juillet 2017/ Fin, savoureux avec un service très avenant.Belle carte de vins y compris au verre. Je vous conseille le Gigondas, Clos de Montmirail réalisé par la coopérative; c'est un régal, fruité, et charmeur.Adresse à retenir.
The restaurant has changed hands frequently so it is a bit of a gamble. We were very pleasantly surprised with a good fixed price menu. My pigeon was excellent and the wine suggested was good since it was much lighter than the usual wine in...this area.
Bonne ambiance, service agréable, plats bons mais chers, vin bon mais encore plus cher, dommage car le concept est bien. Le nom du restaurant est à revoir

An excellent lunch in a buzzy restaurant. The chef cooks a small menu with flair and flavour and the service was good and friendly. Our dogs were welcome.
