I'm disappointed to write this review for Dominic's Pizza, especially after being loyal customers for over 20 years. Their steak and cheese subs used to be a standout item on the menu, earning a perfect 5 from us and enjoyed by our family and friends countless times. Sadly, on our latest visit, we ordered two, and they were terrible. It feels like the meat or some other ingredient has changed, resulting in a sub that just didn’t meet the quality we remembered. We ended up not eating them at all. Dominic's, please bring back the original recipe and ingredients for this classic sub. If necessary, raise the price slightly, but don’t sacrifice the quality that made your menu special.
I really want to support my local pizza place, but it’s been difficult. The pizza just isn’t up to par. The crust is a dense whole wheat dough that soaks up the sauce, causing the toppings to lose their heat. The restaurant’s atmosphere is quite grungy, and the food gives off a mostly manufactured vibe rather than the homemade touch they advertise. I paid $35 for two medium pizzas! One of them had red onions piled on top, but they were raw and uncooked—definitely not what I expected. I was hoping for something cooked, not just warmed up in the microwave. As a New Yorker, I have to say this pizza isn’t good at all.
I placed an order and received an email regarding the delivery, but I never got a phone call. The delivery was canceled because they ran out of one item. When I called to follow up, the staff was extremely rude. I do not plan to order from Dominic's Pizza again.

Previously a great place we would order almost every week. However, quality has declined consistently over 2022, while prices rose. To a point where pizza is just terrible. Save your money pizza hat on the street offers similar quality for half price.
I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I got to say their service is always great and they keep the spot well kept constantly. Rates are convenient and they serve large portions.
I really enjoy their pizza. If you're planning to pick it up, I recommend calling in your order rather than placing it online.
