I had an 8am delivery appointment on Monday morning. When I arrived from Ohio to West Virginia, I encountered a traffic jam delaying my arrival. My company rescheduled my appointment for 9 o'clock. Despite arriving at 5:30, the OTR Domino drivers had already been unloaded and I was informed that I was late. Despite having a new appointment time, I was still penalized for being delayed due to traffic. It was disappointing to see how they were treating others who were only slightly behind schedule.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. They completely ignored our party, despite us having over 70 stores. They forgot to meet with us and never followed up on an email we sent. They claim to be able to assist with templates, but we did not receive any help.
What a confusing mix of reviews!To be clear, this is a warehouse. This place DOES NOT make or deliver pizzas. They supply the Dominos locations with supplies and food that is used to make pizzas. Some of these reviews had me ROLLING!

Dominos has really stepped up their game in recent years. Pizza was delivered hot and fresh and in a timely manner. It’s always a bonus when they don’t forget your dipping sauce and they didn’t!
Great place to deliver all items, nice staff and efficient delivery process. Scheduled delivery appointment for 8:00AM, items were unloaded by 9:00AM. Perfect experience.
The restaurant wasted no time in serving me as soon as I arrived. I was in and out in just 24 minutes.
