The worst Dominos I have ever experienced. We didn’t even receive our delivery. I called them when it was 10 minutes late and they said it will be another 10 or 20 minutes. I waited 30 more minutes and called again. No answer. Called several more times for the next hour and nobody would answer the phone. Had to eat something else. So after 2 hours now, no delivery, no answer, the guy lied to me on the phone, and they have taken my money. I will be getting a refund through customer service. Avoid this place because it’s a joke. Only person in store waiting to pick up phone ordered pizza's and ignored at counter for 5 plus minutes by 2 staff making pizza's.Politely asked them if I could be served and 1 of the staff replied yes and keeps working with no intention to serve.Eventually another staff member walks in followed by another customer. Staff member takes pizza's out of oven , calls other customers name and gives him pizza's and takes his payment.He then continues to take more pizza's out of the oven and I ask again if I can be served. Eventually I recieved my pizza's which had stored waiting for pick up the whole time and had been prepaid.Terrible service, particularly initial 2 staff totally ignoring customers...
Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Absolutely useless save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. After a 3 1/2 hour trip to Adelaide, we were hungry. Daughter wanted pizza. Chose this outlet because it was close to where we were staying. Ordered our pizzas, paid our money. Given a 15-20 minute wait time, fair enough. Got back and our order had not even been processed into their system. Demanded my money back and went to another pizza store.
I absolutely love Domino's Pizza. I frequent the Malvern location almost every time, occasionally visiting Pasadina as well. My favorite is their pizza with a crispy base topped with ham and pineapple. I have been a loyal customer of Domino's for many years and in my opinion, they make the best pizzas. I usually order takeout for dinner.

customer service worst I have come to Australia since the move. from beginning to end the workers were rude, the delivery lasted forever, the eating was cold and soggy. more than just eating bad, they can expect to be treated as müll when they try to talk to someone in the load. my look at dominos changed forever.
malvern domino promised to deliver pizza for a school class party. they confirmed that they work it at a certain time as schools to provide a timetable, then they do not deliver. so disappointing for the children and the employees of malvern did not seem to care. terrible service.

Received a different pizza than what we ordered. It arrived very late and cold, and it was unevenly sliced. Not ordering from here again.
