This Domino's is a true standout in the often disappointing fast food scene. In our area, employee reliability has been a struggle during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic, with many restaurants either closing early or running out of supplies. However, the Domino's in New Brighton consistently delivers a fantastic meal every Friday, accompanied by fast and friendly service. Domino's has truly stepped up their quality, and we are never disappointed.
I ordered A pizza the other night and when they realized that it was a little late. They sent me a coupon for a free pizza without me Even having to say anything, they are friendly And professional. They're on top of it and they are stellar. I think that their star rating should be a 5. Their pizzas are always hot and delicious and they are always Willing to Make their customers happy. This place deserves a 0. They continuously either write tips on your receipts or take your remaining tender and not give any cash back in return. Also, latest problem was 2-3 weeks ago when an old lady flicked off my husband and stated she wanted a tip! Like seriously? It’s not like we don’t tip. We do generously but do better dominios.
My favorite Dominos place for the past 10 years, nice safe area, and nice staff, seems like a lot of college students nearby work here. Always really good and 90% of the time my order is correct and taste great! Only ever really had one bad experience which stops me from giving it a 5
The atmosphere feels a bit detached when you walk in, but you still find what you're looking for.
