Worst Dominos store. Every time I've ordered from here, in the past half year Ive lived in Orangeburg, everything goes wrong when I try to redeem the free pizza with points. I ask for delivery and to knock on my door DUE TO BEING IN A FKN WHEELCHAIR, and they instead cancel my order cause the driver didnt want to step out of the car and just now, refused to deliver to my place of work. I'm sorry my legs dont work, but is it that hard to just bring me a pizza?
Ordered online and then saw that they don't deliver very far from the restaurant. Arrived when the pizza was supposed to be ready. They were ice cold, made completely wrong, and only sparse toppings with the wrong sauce. Very disappointed! I have very good pizza from dominos in other areas that I travel, but this store is really bad.
I always place my orders online, which is both easy and fast. I appreciate that they provide updates on the status of my food. The timing is spot on, and the food arrives fresh and hot. The pickup experience is seamless. This restaurant is exclusively for takeout, but overall, I have a great experience every time.
Ordered two custom pizzas. There is a promotional price of 20% off for online orders- didn’t happen. The pizzas were cold, made entirely wrong, and very disappointing. Very unprofessional and service talking over the food the manager what appears to be standing up on the stool never greets customers hanging over the banister talking about blocking people in using profanity needs a overhaul.

My food was dry and burnt. It says the first take 20 minutes so when you order online it took almost a hour for me to get my food it’s ridiculous and the food was horrible.
