Staying in town for 4 nights. Walked across the street from our hotel to order pizza. The young lady at the window was super sweet and ensured that she punched in what I thought I wanted. Went back in 25 minutes to pick up our order and was told that they were sorry but power went out and they would be happy to refund us. I said ok. Gave my name and returned to the hotel. After a few minutes. We went back and asked if they would still make our order and just call when done. They were reluctant because they were so busy. But said to come back in 15so we did. I have ordered delivery from this restaurant many times in the past. However, during my most recent order, the delivery driver refused to bring my pizza to my location, claiming that she couldn't go through the nearby neighborhood. This excuse seemed questionable to me, as I have received deliveries from this same location before without any issues. The poor service I experienced during this incident has led me to decide that I will no longer order from Dominos in the future. Despite contacting the store and speaking to the manager about the situation, I was disappointed to find that no special arrangements were offered to make up for the inconvenience caused to a loyal customer.
the best manager and worker is at caseyville domino’s. this load before this newest manager came used to have so many problems and now I am 100% satisfied with my order every time. To be honest, I would continue to drive to get into these loading to take a chance at any other pizza place. loves the caseyville domino with the latest manager and staff. the best!
The pepperoni pizza showed up without pepperoni. The cheese dip provided maybe 1/4 cup of cheese (if that) and the box was completed soaked through. The two deliveries prior to this one, we ended up with free pizzas because there were major issues each time. Sadly, we won’t be ordering again.

After being on hold for over 50 minutes, we were disappointed to receive an incomplete order. The pasta bowl was only filled halfway, and we could still see the bottom of the pan. The customer service and food quality were both terrible.

I stayed at the hotel next door and decided to walk over and order a pizza. I received my pizza in just 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and polite. The pizza was delicious.
