Terrible experience! I ordered a Brooklyn-style pizza for my wife and me—half Hawaiian with olives and half my preferred style. After waiting 40 minutes, I received a regular Hawaiian pizza instead of the Brooklyn style, and to make matters worse, it was cold. When I called to request the correct pizza, it took 20 minutes for someone to answer. The staff member assured me that they would make the pizza correctly and prioritize it. Now, an hour later, I still haven't received it. It's been 2 hours since I placed my order, and I'm extremely disappointed. This is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from here again. They clearly don’t prioritize customer service.
