During a time when I was extremely frustrated with the poor customer service of other local chains, Domino's shone brightly. I never encountered any issues with my orders, I could always reach them by phone, and their customer service was consistently excellent - quick and personalized. I am very pleased that Domino's has maintained high standards while other restaurants have lowered theirs. They will continue to be our top choice for pizza.
This restaurant has been declining in quality. After years of ordering delivery online and leaving generous tips, it's time to find a new spot. With so many pizza places in Vinton to choose from, there's no need to put up with subpar food, service, and missing ingredients.
I bought a pizza tonight and discovered a hair in it. I attempted to call the restaurant five times, waiting over seven minutes each time to inform them, but no one answered.
