Just moved to the area in July 2021. Ordered from them for the first time last week. There was a stand of hair cooked INTO the pizza, not just in top. I filed an issue online, and they gave me 20% off my next order. Tonight , 6:04 I placed my order. The website said the delivery person for nando went out at 6:18 for delivery. I was following him on the website Google map. I watched him drive around Brick and Point Pleasant for about 45 minutes, and then while his car was located on Princeton Avenue, all the sudden my order was processed as delivered. I placed an online order at 5pm and the website indicated a 25 to 30 minute wait for my food. However, by 6:05pm, I still had not received my order. When I called to inquire about my food, the assistant manager, Mary, was extremely rude and condescending, cutting me off mid-sentence and denying that she had ever mentioned a 30-minute wait time. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I decided to cancel my order and plan to contact the regional general manager or corporate office on Monday. Starting off this review by saying I really wish I could give them 0 stars. I waited almost 2 and a half hours for terrible pizza, and the delivery driver drove down my street 6 times because he couldn't find my house. When I went to the store after an hour to try and figure out the issue, the on-shift manager, Ashley, was incredibly rude with poor customer service and a bad attitude. Overall, this was a negative experience. I hope Ashley reads this.
When I ordered the lady who answered had spoken so rudely to me and didn't even get my order correct. I just wanted to say that Domino's customer service is really going down the drain nowadays. I will never return to this restaurant. I was hosting a very important gathering today to celebrate my grandmother's last day with us. Everyone was emotional and hungry, so I thought ordering from Dominos would be a good idea. However, I tried calling for hours and no one picked up the phone. The lack of service was appalling. The staff at this establishment are unprofessional.
Terrible! I placed order for delivery They said it would be an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half I called them only to be told that my pizza had been waiting for pickup. I specifically stated my address for the delivery which was confirmed. After waiting one hour I’m ordering elsewhere and beyond hungry. never again ! Ever !
I paid 16.85 for 16 buffalo wing and It was such a let down first they where the smallest wings you can find and I ordered hot wing and there was barely even hot sauce on them only half of them had it. Plus to make it even better they where cold wings not even close to warm at all. I will never order from them again.

Food arrived disgustingly cold old looking. Barely any toppings Waited over a hour for delivery AFTER the food was removed from the oven. Third time this month we have had a problem getting cold old looking food. By far the worst dominos ever! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!!!
