This branch needs to shut down. The supervisor there Alam lacks basic customer service. October 2023 I called Dominoes in Randolph because my order did not show up. He (Alam stated it was on it 's on its way. I explained it 's been a while and asked if the food will be cold. He started yelling at me stating it will be hot. When the pizzas came they were cold. I called back to complain the food was cold. Alam stated he could give me a refund but would block my number so I could not order from there again. I asked for the manager and he stated he was the manager. I could only assume he thought I was trying to take advantage. I went down to the location and showed him the pizza. He then denied...
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Domino's! The female cashier at this location refused to honor the current promotion for a Large 2-Topping Pizza for $6.99, which is supposed to be available for carry-out only. I specifically asked for this deal, but she claimed to have no knowledge of any online promotions. When I tried to show her the offer and explain it, she responded by asking if I didn’t want the pizza, then took it away from me. Domino's really needs to do a better job of training their employees on current promotions. I had a feeling something like this would happen when I went to pick up my pizza. My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I ordered a pizza and never received it. When I called to inquire about my order, the girl who answered was quite rude and claimed my order wasn’t at her store. I had paid for my food online and was tracking it, so I knew where it was. I attempted to call multiple times, but each time they picked up the phone only to hang up on me. This situation has left me feeling like I've been robbed of my money. I will be reaching out to corporate regarding the terrible customer service I experienced. This establishment needs to seriously improve or consider closing down.
The Randolph location repeatedly neglects to include the garlic dipping sauce I request with my orders, instead sending marinara sauce on four separate occasions. Each time I voiced my complaint, I received a free pizza as compensation. Consequently, I've decided to continue requesting garlic dipping sauce with every order, even if I don't really want it, in hopes of getting another free pizza. I've attached two pictures as evidence of my sauce request. As of November 27, 2022, I placed an order three hours ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Never ordering here again!! I ordered one pizza and wings at 8 p.m., not expecting it to be a hassle. Turns out the delivery woman cannot do their fucking job and deliver my pizza. She gave back the pizza to the Dominos and left it there for 3 1/2 hours!! Then I had to call the place back and they told me that she dropped it off. Then we waited another 30 minutes to get the pizza and the wings. She didn't knock on the door or ring the doorbell. She just dropped it off and left. If it wasn't for my kids, I wouldn't have known. It's a good thing though I wasn't going to tip anyway :
Three years ago, I placed my last order with this place. Dominos used to be my go-to for quick pizza for the kids on the weekends. I ordered delivery, paid for it, and was promised it would arrive within an hour, as usual. However, after one and a half hours with no delivery, I called the store. The manager answered and, with a careless attitude, assured me that my order would be sent out. It never arrived, and I promised myself I would never order from them again. They lost years of business from my family and me due to their dishonesty.
Avoid this Domino's at all costs. They skimp on the toppings! I ordered a carryout deal (a large pizza with one topping), along with garlic Parmesan sauce and chicken. When I got home and opened the box, I found barely any chicken—just the sauce. It's a real disappointment to be ripped off like this when we’re actually paying for the pizza. Save your money and go elsewhere!
I have given this restaurant multiple chances, but I've always been disappointed. I placed my order online at 6:46 PM, and now it's 8:06 PM and I still haven't received my pizza. I can't understand why it takes more than an hour to get my food. Finally, at 8:27 PM, my pizza arrived, but it was cold and dry.

Don’t order from this place they will take hours to deliver your food. I would give them zero stars if I could.
