We really enjoy visiting Domino's, but our experience last night was quite disappointing. My wife made a call to place our order, and the woman who answered was rather rude. When I arrived to pick up our order, one of the staff members paused what he was doing to assist me. I asked for some ranch sauce, and just as he was about to get it, a woman came out from the back and told me it would cost a dollar. I tried to discuss the situation with her, but she kept repeating herself without making any eye contact. This was the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if this is her usual demeanor with customers, but it was completely unacceptable.
I typically shy away from specialty combo pizzas, but this time I decided to give one a shot thanks to a special coupon. I'm so pleased I did—the pizza was incredible! I ordered a large (14-inch Hand-Tossed Deluxe) with Garlic Parmesan Sauce, Pepperoni, Sausage, Bell Peppers, Black Olives, Diced Tomatoes, and Mushrooms, all piled high with gooey, melty cheese. I ended up finishing 5 large slices, which is remarkable since I usually can only handle 2! This might just become my new favorite! Thanks, Domino's!
I ordered the Mix and match with a Pepperoni pizza, and cinnamon bread twist. The first pizza wasn't to my likening, so I called back to inform them about my order. Without any issue they remade my pizza and delivered it. The second pizza was great, the kids loved it and the cinnamon bread twist. The delivery driver Preetinder was a standup guy and was kind enough to redeliver. Thanks Dominos!
When I went back to redeem my free pizza and ordered the same item, they once again forgot the double sausage. To fix the issue, a staff member heated up some meat and just laid it on top of the pizza without actually cooking it. I've attached pictures to demonstrate how the sausage and mushrooms are simply sitting on top rather than being cooked into the pizza. Seriously?

Absolutely amazing product and quality! This is undoubtedly the finest Domino's in the Bay Area! The toppings are evenly spread from the crust all the way to the center. I highly recommend the pan garlic Parmesan sauce; it's incredibly tasty—much like Olive Garden’s breadsticks and Alfredo, but with added cheese and toppings. You really can't go wrong with it! A++!
I called to order a large pepperoni pizza for delivery, and only five minutes later, I got a text saying my order had been canceled. I attempted to call for an explanation, but no one picked up. It was quite an odd experience.
Excellent service and food is amazing!!! Got the pepperoni pizza with a well done bake and it was perfect!!! Really recommend this location and the food is amazing.
I haven't had Domino's Pizza in years, and I was pleasantly surprised and the improvements . They offer a new variety of options, and they're reasonably priced.

The website indicates that the restaurant is open until midnight, but they closed two hours earlier and declined to fulfill my order.
Pretty good pizza at reasonable prices. I can feed the whole crew for under 30 bucks.
