Very bad customer service. Rude lady and unfair prices.I came in with my girl friend to order take out and I ordered 2 bahn mi. The sign says it 's 4.95 for one and some how my order came out to 15 dollars. My girl friend then orders their milk tea drinks with NO BOBA. She charged us for boba anyways and when my girl friend clarified with her before paying she says yes no boba but it says on the screen boba 0.95 and proceeds to just ring us up with out explaining why we 're getting charged. We 're hungry... we don 't mind paying an extra 2 dollars for a drink, but this place is just money hungry.I know times are rough but lying about prices when you know people are hungry and willing to pay...
When we first arrived, there was no one to greet us. We were asked whether we were dining in or taking out, and then we had to seat ourselves. After we finished our meal, I inquired about using Apple Pay, but although the transaction initially went through, it was later declined because they apparently don’t accept it. The server then asked me to send her payment via Zelle. After I did, she claimed I hadn’t paid and rudely followed me to my car. The customer service was awful, and the food was equally disappointing. She even told me never to come back, and honestly, I have no intention of returning.
I've been coming here since I was a little kid and have had nothing but great experiences here! I actually remember it was called Pho Hoa Thai before. I think over the years, the owners may have changed so it's a little different but the food is still so GOOD!! The food comes out so fast too and it's always piping hot!! The service is great too.
I had the combination soup and it was so good! The broth was amazing. The vegetables were fresh and the meat tasted authentic. I also ordered an iced coffee and it has the right balance of sweetness and coffee. The whole restaurant had a very comfortable vibe to watch the news and I noticed a lot of locals are walking in will definitely be back.

When following Google maps to get to this location, please be prepared to take an abrupt turn into the parking lot, there is some parking on the street sometimes, but you will mostly be using the parking lot.The food here is absolutely delicious, the service is quick, and the people who work here are pleasant. I cannot wait to return.
Delicious food and fair pricing for what we ordered. My issue is for 2 extra fees on the receipt.Out of a $32.45 order, we were billed an addition to go fee of $1.00 and an SC fee of $1.47. That is of course on top of $3.26 tax which we all cannot avoid.I didn 't realize restaurants were fighting inflation by adding fees.
This place is just okay, not anything to write home about. If you're in the mood for a bowl of soup or a pork chop, this restaurant will suffice, although the pork chop was greasier than at other places I've tried. One thing I found annoying is that they add a service fee when you pay with a credit or debit card.
This is the best Pho place I have tried in the Bay Area, always my go to and the menu has variety. Great place for them cold and rainy days. There Mongolian beef over white rice is my favorite , can't ever go wrong eating here.

Looked great at first but halfway through I noticed they gave me inedible cartilage and pieces that I can't even guess what it is. The meat was also showing rainbow shine indicating it had gone bad.
I absolutely love this food! The portions are generous and the flavors are outstanding. Food: 5/5
