This Dominos need to train and hire staff who care about the quality of work they are giving the consumers. This is not my first time wanting to send an order back, however it is my first speaking about it !! I regret ordering from this Domino's every time I am in a hurry and think this is my only option because of the convenience. I ordered a flatbread pizza with extra cheese, extra mushrooms, extra bacon, onions and jalapeños. Clearly the extra toppings were not added, and they did not cut the onions properly. The 2 other pizza's ordered were unsatisfactory as well; the pizza's had almost no crust, and the pan pizza was not done nor cut fully but men and boys will eat anything ;
I visited the restaurant a few weeks ago for a pizza and wings late at night. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while five staff members just stood there with nothing in their hands, despite their work areas being quite messy. When I finally got home with the pizza, I noticed it was only cut three times, leaving some large slices intact. We were really hungry! I know it's Domino's, but this level of laziness is just unacceptable. Management should definitely take note of this experience.
There pizza was the WORST taste ever I experience in any Domino sight. Secondly, they took for ever to prepare my order, it took them 40mins while waiting for just 2 medium size pepper Ronin sausage still, they made one silly mistake only pepper Ronin on one of the medium pizza. I was upset waiting for longer minutes not checking my order. I think these folks our new faces not good in preparing ? pizza not like usual.
I will never order from this Domino's again. I placed a $50 order, and one of the items was undercooked—barely even half done. I returned the food to show them it wasn’t properly prepared, and they still haven’t refunded my money. I’ve gone there three times, but they have yet to give me my refund. I placed an order at 8:50 PM, and it's now 10:30 PM—almost two hours later. This is absolutely absurd! I called the restaurant at 10:15 PM, and they informed me that the driver had just returned and my order would be leaving soon. However, according to the app, my order is still marked as cooking. I will not be ordering from this location again.
one of the few dominos that never lets me down and constantly supplies delicious food with high quality ingredients and professional delivery service. I have ordered more of this place than any other I have never personally met the workers inside, but they make sure a great? thanks to the whole team. they keep the quality work.
When is corporate going to step in and fix this store? The amount of 1 star reviews is insane. They don't answer the phone, if you place for delivery they'll call and tell you they just can't make it and deliver it. Or they'll wait hours and then call to see if you still want your order. Do better Domino's
these dominos are less than 10 minutes away from my house. I understand a busy night, but eating was unforgiving. I ordered the buffalo to bite the huhn alfredo. the bites were burned, but I could lose the burning. However, the huh alfredo pasta has absolutely zero sauce and was still somehow burned. Every time I order from this location for delivery it takes over an hour currently going on an hour and a half for an order. They are super nice in store but the owner doesn’t seem to understand or doesn’t care that the store is understaffed. Corporate needs to step in and fix this store.
