TERRIBLE place. I brought in my own cheese because I have dietary restrictions. In the past they have used this cheese to make me a pizza and lied and not gave it back to me and told me they threw it out and then claimed they can get it out of the trash for me and then claimed they used it all. So what makes sense? This place is a ridiculous Domino 's. Ridiculous restaurant. Do not spend your time here. Do not spend your money here. They are awful people. They tried to charge me extra an $10 for asking for the vegan cheese that I brought in. I received horrible customer service with this Dominos! The deliver called me twice when I was walking downstairs to obtain my order. He said, what 's going I have been waiting 5 minutes. He was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. When I called to complain I requested the General Manager 's number and the lady lied her name was Anika saying she was the manager and she will not provide me with the General Manager name. She also hung up the phone on me. I DO NOT recommend going to this Dominos! I have never received a better service than I have made at this domino’s they have made sure that all my needs were met and the service was phenomenal that eating was hot and fresh and exactly after my specifications she went over and beyond to fulfill my order and to me a unique top notch experience thanks to dominos pizza on silver lane, east hardford! so happy that we have chosen pizza? last night in the evening?!!! Food is always done as ordered, fast and hot. I've been ordering from there for a long time, never had any issues with a pick up order. I don't order delivery so I can't comment on that........oh and how can I forget, the staff!!! They are ALWAYS very polite and friendly, which is great compared to the service at other fast food restaurants.
give them a zero! Obviously their time is never really terrible place horrific businesses change their hours when they are not open when they say they are open! I really think the workers make the eating terrible I would never recommend this place they really update their hours and in any case update their employees
I was starving late at night before bed and couldn’t go to bed hungry. Made the call and they took my order and clarified exactly what I wanted…delivery was reasonable and the pizza was very tasty and nice n hot… thanks Domino’s!
