I ordered 2 pizzas around 9:30 Sunday night and didn't receive them until after 12:30 in the morning.I called the store to ask the status of my delivery and I was told they didn't deliver my address which I knew was untrue because I had ordered from this location multiple times but I guarantee you this will be my last!!After being rudely cut off by the staff who told me they didn't deliver to my address without even checking I asked him to check again, now he tells me the driver should be leaving with it in 20 minutes, mind you it's already been an hour and a half before I even called to check on my order.When my food finally arrived not only was it cold it wasn't even the pizza I ordered.I...
I ordered a pizza at 8 PM, and it didn't arrive until after 11 PM! Seriously, that’s unacceptable. When the delivery driver finally arrived, he handed me a pizza that was ice cold. It's unbelievable! And to think I live just 8 minutes away—how did it take over two hours to get my pizza delivered?
You said you were short-staffed, but honestly, if you can’t handle the workload, maybe you shouldn’t be running a restaurant. As a manager, you should be fired for not knowing how to effectively run a Domino's. You deliver five orders and leave the one closest to you for last? That’s just lazy and inefficient. The first order should always be the closest. It’s basic common sense!

I ordered from this place and had the wrong order delivered, and I called them immediately upon receiving it and delivered it 3 1/2 hours later they wanted me to give the food back, but didn’t tell me until the door and they were mad when I picked at it cause I’ve been starving for three hours and wouldn’t give me and my party what I ordered it’s revolting to think that they were just going to take back the food and resell it to someone else
I have to say the food I received today was absolutely delicious, not saying it's not good other times. The Mediterranean sandwich cooked just right, crispy not hard, veggies good, cheese melted right, pasta dish right amount of cheese and veggies to taste. The atmosphere is adolescent and ghetto. The Manager VAN was terrible and I couldn’t believe he was the person in charge. It is the closest one to my house, but I’d rather go elsewhere. Out of my way then to deal with the consistency of messed up pizza, and aggressive
Service was terrible, on the app it said my pizza was complete and when I walked in 30 minutes later. My pizza wasn't even put in the oven and I was ignored by the manager when I tried to talk to him he straight looked away and wouldn't
Worst service! I had to wait for 50 minutes for my food to be delivered and my pizza was messed up but I was able to still eat it. It was a waste of time and money.
Terrible experience! I placed my order at 11 PM, and it's now 1 AM and I still haven't received my food. There are no updates or any communication about my order.
