If I could give zero stars, I would. The so-called manager was the rudest person I have ever encountered. When I asked for corporate, he told me to look online but then gave me his phone number, claiming he was the manager—how funny that they have the same name. Almost my entire order was wrong, except for one item. I was promised it would be fixed, but after 30 minutes when I called back, I was told he had no idea what I was talking about. Then, out of nowhere, he accused me of lying.
I consistently enjoy my visits to this restaurant. Today, I ordered a pizza and asked to have the pepperoni served on the side, as my young son has digestive issues, and the grease from the pizza can be problematic for him. Having the pepperoni on the side would let him indulge in his favorite pizza in a healthier manner. Unfortunately, the staff member informed me that they were unable to fulfill my request for the pepperoni on the side.
Incredible! Every time I place an order, I can track my pizza, and it's astonishing how quickly they deliver it to my home. My wife is continually impressed by their speed, and our orders are always fresh and accurate. They consistently deliver within 15 minutes, with some orders arriving in as little as 10 minutes. The management at this restaurant truly excels!
