Went in the restaurant for pickup today and the food prep counter was full of flies. Like not one or two dozens. Raw dough on the counter which I presume was for next orders being feasted/landed on by all of them. Young girl working the counter saw me looking over at it and didn’t acknowledge it. I felt bad for her because that’s horrendous. Threw out my meal once I got to work can’t stomach the thought of eggs, germs, or flies cooked in my pizza. Pizza looked fine but the damage was done clean your drains asap!
We ordered delivery, but they made one of our pizzas incorrectly and the tater tots, which they proudly claim are never soggy, were disappointing. We tried calling the restaurant multiple times to resolve the issue, but we were hung up on repeatedly. Eventually, a woman told us that they don’t take orders over the phone. I don’t understand how they expect to correct their mistake if they won’t engage with us. The phone kept ringing without answer, and when they did pick up, they just hung up again.
Since the onset of the virus, I've been ordering a lot from here. I dislike going to the grocery store, so pizza has become my go-to! All of my deliveries have been fantastic! However, I want to give an extra 10 stars to Rachael, who delivered our order tonight. She was great, funny, and wonderfully efficient! Keep up the amazing work!
From LCCC over ordered online, the hardest part was the lack of direction why I don't get my discount. The store itself was clean, and the food was hot. The only complaint I would have was that it took a minute before someone came into the counter: when I waited, I went to the rest room and someone was there (other came in). The 2-hour wait for delivery was absolutely unacceptable! I didn't receive any communication about being short-staffed, and honestly, I don't care what their excuse is. A 2-hour delay is outrageous. They really need to reconsider their operations or they could end up out of business.
I've been a customer of Domino's for years and this location is absolutely THE best I've experienced. Customer service is on point, delivery is fast and accurate, and I can tell the food is made with love. GM Adam is a top-notch team leader!
This place fills my pizza craving every time. Pizza is always spot on with what I want. Asked for a light hot sauce and it was the perfect amount!! I love using the tracker app and seeing who makes it!! Go Julie!!

The food was cold, the customer service was lacking, and the staff didn't wear gloves while handling the food.
