I ordered the new Brooklyn pizza after having a great experience with it just a few days ago, but this time it arrived as an oily disaster. When I shared my disappointment with the cashier, she laughed, shrugged, and whispered something to a woman nearby. The woman came over, assessed the pizza, and blandly stated, "It is what it is."
The manager's name was Milan, and if he's on duty, I'd suggest saving your money! I mention this because I witnessed him preparing the pizza, and he firmly claimed that the pool of oil on my pizza was perfectly fine. Thanks, Milan, for the wonderful dinner... you must be so proud.
I can no longer justify being a customer due to the fact that the advertised price wasn't honored and the quality of the pizza was extremely disappointing. For just three dollars more, I could have enjoyed a steak dinner at Outback. I won’t be returning to Domino's. Your inconsistent pricing and declining product quality are pushing me to seek alternatives.
Furthermore, I found it unacceptable that an employee accused me of lying about the pricing issue, which really reflects poorly on your restaurant. Having more experienced staff could potentially improve this situation. Overall, I'm thoroughly disappointed.
I am very disappointed with this Domino's and wish there were other pizza places nearby in the 452 area that offered quality pizza at reasonable prices. I understand that the economy is changing, but this should be the time to prioritize customer satisfaction. As a regular pizza buyer, ordering a few times a month, it’s frustrating to face so many challenges just to get food from the only local delivery option. I don’t usually speak up about issues, but changes are certainly needed, especially for a franchise.
We enjoy Dominos on those lazy take out kind of nights but absolutely hate the ordering system they have. You don't actually talk with the store that you're ordering from it's some online setup and the people you talk with can't speak or understand theEnglish language. Not to mention they upcharged my order almost $13. When ordering ask to be connected to the actual facility.

I just wanted a replacement order after my neighbor mistakenly kept the meal that was meant for me. I approached the situation calmly and politely, hoping for some understanding and cooperation. Unfortunately, I experienced the exact opposite, which ended up ruining my date night.
This is the only restaurant that delivers to my house, even though we're just 6 miles from the center of Umatilla—6 miles from all their competitors. They really go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. Keep up the excellent work!
