I am very disappointed by what we have received tonight. We usually come in and sit and eat. Always order the same and normally our only complaint is not enough cheese and way too much sauce on our pizzas. Tonight we ordered our regular set-up for pickup. This is 20-mile wings all apartments, 20-mile wings mixed and a medium meat lover pizza. Just to find out we had to wait until they start eating until I arrived 20 minutes later. So I sat in the lobby waiting. I brought my food home to find out that both wings were so cooked, I wouldn't even think about feeding them to my dogs. Decided to stop here for lunch, we ordered a small Shitake pizza and a Burger. Asked for the burger Well Done with jalapeños and mozzarella cheese and a side of tater tots. The Pizza was good, however, the burger arrived and was at best Medium, thecheese wasn't melted and the Tater tots were undercooked, almost still cold in the middle. Honestly I expected much more andwas severely disappointed. Part of the reason we went was they served both burgers and pizza, but they fell short with theburger. If you just want pizza this is a good place, if you want anything else then you might want to look elsewhere.

When I brought the food home, I discovered that both sets of wings were so overcooked that I wouldn't even consider giving them to my dogs. I'm not sure if there are new staff members or if they were just rushing to finish up for the night, but I am very disappointed and won't be returning anytime soon.

The only reason I took away a star was because we weren't fans of the strawberry lemon limeade—it seemed to be missing something. However, the pizza was outstanding; I loved the dough. This will be my go-to spot for satisfying my pizza cravings instead of ordering from Papa John's, which I typically love. Hats off to you all!

The staff at Mellow Mushroom were attentive and friendly. The pretzel bites were delicious, and the pizzas pleased the whole group. I chose the steak and cheese calzone, which was flavorful, though the onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers were a bit undercooked, so I left them off to the side. All in all, it was a fulfilling meal.

The pizza is overpriced and doesn't offer anything special to warrant the cost. The dining room atmosphere feels lacking in warmth. On the plus side, the staff was attentive, and the food was tasty, despite the high prices.
Outstanding customer service and quick, made-to-order food featuring the best pizza ever! The crust is exceptional because they use spring water in their freshly made dough every day. I highly recommend this place!
