We had a mixed experience during our visits. On our first trip to pick up an order, we were told it would be ready in 2 minutes. However, they paused the timer, saying our order was en route, but it ended up taking more than 5 additional minutes to be ready. There was no offer of a complimentary pizza for the delay. We decided to give them another chance, and this time we arrived just as they were closing for the night! It's been several years since we last had Domino's, but we were pleased with the taste of all our orders.
We order from this restaurant at least once a week. However, this past Saturday at 3:45, we placed an order for two pizzas, and the experience was disappointing. The girl who answered the phone was quite rude and told me, "Uh, because we're busy." When I requested to speak to a manager, she claimed to be one and then abruptly hung up on me. Because of this encounter, we've decided to take our business elsewhere for good.
Worst place I've ever dealt with takes forever to get pizza, and it's usually not right when you finally do get it. The manager lady is SO rude and disrespectful if you do have an issue, and nobody seems to care about customer satisfaction, whichspeaks volumes for the management and owners. Save yourself the disappointment and order pizza elsewhere!
I've been a customer at this Domino's for over 20 years, and my last experience was the worst I've ever had. Unfortunately, I didn't have any small bills, and they refused to accept my money. I called to place an order at 6:30 and was informed it would be ready between 7:20 and 7:40. By 9:00 PM, I still hadn’t received my pizza, and when I tried to follow up, the woman on the other end hung up on me. I hope she wasn’t a manager, as I plan to address this issue. This is extremely disappointing customer service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced. My order was still not ready 45 minutes after the scheduled time, and no one seemed to know why. I would appreciate it if a manager could reach out to me to discuss how we can resolve this issue.
Terrible customer service. It took three hours to receive my pizza. I was on hold for a whole hour before someone finally answered, only to hang up on me. I just needed to update my phone number. I will never order from this place again.

This Domino's is one of the best I've ever been to. The food was prepared quickly and cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
