I used my points to redeem an order from this Hilliard location. When I came to the store to pick my order up the old man looked at the ticket and began to belittle me for using my points for that order. “ he said you’re a cheap date aren’t you ?” I said excuse me ? He then said “ I wish I could take you in a date you’re cheap” this was embarrassing and inappropriate. If someone is going to belittle me for using my points for an order why do you even have that system in place ? That’s borderline harassment.
The delivery was 15 minutes later than originally promised, and the pizza arrived cold since it wasn't kept in a warming bag. When placing my order online, there was no indication that it would be a DoorDash delivery, but that’s how it ended up. While the pizza itself was good, it would have been much better if it had been at least warm.
Terrible service. They messed up my online order. I was on hold for 35 minutes. I even drove to the location while still on hold, and the manager claimed I had placed the order incorrectly on the website. The restaurant was also dirty. I will never order from them again!
The order was flawless, delivered quickly, and still hot. My pizza was made exactly as I requested, which has never happened before. Thank you! Charles, we will be returning.

I am the manager at Speedway and they are always amazing people, either making my food or as my customers everyone at Domino's is awesome....especially grumpy....
We've been ordering from here for the last few weeks. The food is always hot and good. Only one time was it later than they said.Keep up the good job.
Always arrives quickly, hot, and delicious! It's a favorite of mine, and despite the many options in the city, I consistently choose this Domino's!
I didn't have a great experience tonight; it was the first disappointing visit I've had in a while.
