Attempted to place phone order tonight Wednesday 1.17 and Aiden (automatic voice person couldn’t seem to get the order correct. I order the same thing each time 2-3 times per month. I called back and was on hold with Emma (automatic voice person number 2 this evening) and then she put me on hold. After being on hold for 5 minutes I just went into store n when asked what I would like i preceded to tell the employee that voice taking system is in need of repair or is severely messed up. He didn’t want to hear it (Wednesday 1.17 8:38 pm cst) nor listen to my issue and problem just kept asking what did I want to order. Very frustrating time with Dominoes here in Wilmette tonight
It's a Domino's pizza shop, so you know what to expect. A 5-star rating here doesn't necessarily reflect amazing food—rather, it highlights the quality of this particular location, which is quite impressive. The staff makes the food quickly and efficiently, though I've encountered a mistake with my order in the past. I can't speak to the delivery service since I opted for in-store pickup, but from what I observed, this franchise is well-managed.
Quality and service are all good and very consistent. Pizza is less fat than most, and the price is quite decent. It is our place for a fast pizza and a happy bread. The employees were always professional and polite. Very recommended!!
Very bad service they got me wrong order and I had to wait in the store for another 15 minutes I spoke to the manager over the phone and he was not helpful. Not even sorry for the mistake they did.

I've consistently had a wonderful experience at this Domino's. For the past three years that I've been ordering from them, they've always delivered quality food and service.
This restaurant is fantastic! They accidentally left out the pepperoni on my pizza, but they quickly brought out a new one at no extra charge within 15 minutes. Thank you!
