The online ordering process appears straightforward, but they do not clearly indicate which pizza toppings are gluten-free. Our pizzas were ready for pickup in under 30 minutes, even during the busy Lents season. They were thoughtfully assembled and looked fantastic. However, the regular red sauce was overly sweet and lacked seasoning. The gluten-free crust was quite good, but the regular hand-tossed crust could use a longer baking time as it was a bit too soggy.

I ordered one pizza and a side of Tots. The pizza took over 55 mins to show up. The pizza was cold and it was the wrong style of pizza. The tots were also cold. I had to throw everything out. I went on the app to report this and the app said i was out of time to report an issue. The worst experience I have ever had and I do not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

Our order was incorrect, and we discovered it when we got home after picking it up. Since we live only about five minutes away, it wasn’t a major issue. The staff was very polite and sincerely apologized for the mix-up. One of our pizzas had been accidentally swapped with a delivery order, but they quickly replaced it without any hesitation.

Everytime we order from this store they get the order wrong, it takes over an hour minimum to get anything, and they never answer the phone when you call. I’m actually going on over 8 mins waiting on an active phone call right now while I m typing this. This store is a disgrace and has been for years and nobody does anything about it. Horrible service, the staff is unprofessional if you call them for a refund, they start mocking you and laughing. This franchise branch should have been closed a while back because of these unprofessional, disgusting, dumb people.Vegetarian options: If you ask them for vegetarian food, they give non vegetarian food instead

DoorDash is definitely quicker. Each time I order from this place, the delivery takes an eternity. On my last order, I received a notification saying the driver had left the store, but the pizza didn’t arrive until 45 minutes later. On another occasion, they even delivered pizza without any sauce.

Never again am I getting food from this Domino's. I ordered just before 7 and almost 2 hours later I still don't have my food. This is ridiculous. I understand being busy but if you can't handle deliveries the just have carryout.

We live 5 min. from this location. After tracking the driver for 2 hours, only to receive Ken Gekoski order. It was cold and soggy. Hopefully Ken enjoyed what we ordered.
