Our pizzas were ready for pickup in under 30 minutes, even during the busy Lents season. They were thoughtfully assembled and looked fantastic. However, the regular red sauce was overly sweet and lacked seasoning. The gluten-free crust was quite good, but the regular hand-tossed crust could use a longer baking time as it was a bit too soggy.
