Last night, I tried to get a table for my friend and me at 6:30pm. When we arrived, there was a disgruntled customer complaining about the wait and another customer got upset with the hostess for shooing away some girls. When we asked for a table for 2, the hostess grabbed menus and checked for availability. However, she seemed more focused on handling take-out orders that weren't ready. After finally checking the table availability, she informed us that there were multiple reservations ahead of us and we would have to wait another hour to be seated. There are plenty of tasty and one-of-a-kind sushi rolls to choose from with incredible presentation at this restaurant! The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. I highly recommend dining in for the full experience, but they also offer reliable takeout options. Some of my favorite rolls include the Lobster Dragon Roll, Mango Avocado Roll, NY Rainbow Roll, Crab Shack Roll, and Mini Volcano Roll. Don't miss out on the delicious avocado bomb appetizer!
Sushi rice is made with a lot more sugar/sweetness than is typical and the seaweed wrap on rolls was somewhat dried out. The fish was fresh though and presentation was nice. Service was moderately slow for a holiday evening (Valentine's Day) and a full house. All of our dishes came out at different times so one of us was always waiting for the other to receive their food. They had a Help Wanted sign up so maybe just understaffed.
The sushi at this restaurant is amazing and very reasonably priced. It has a fresh taste that satisfies everyone in my family. The Tuna Lovers entree is a great deal; the Tiger Roll is delicious, and we can't get enough of the seaweed salad.

I have visited over 30 places in Philadelphia and the surrounding area, and this restaurant is truly impressive. Don't overlook it, as the food is exquisitely crafted.
The weekday lunch special at this restaurant is excellent. They offer a wide variety of maki rolls, with many options that do not include seafood.
Great neighborhood sushi place. Always fresh and creative. Great dine-in service and great take out service! Highly recommended.
