I used the app to order my food as well as redeem my free pizza and get some other stuff the stuffed cheese bread was burnt. My name on my order is spelled wrong even tho on the app it has my name correct and the workers still get it wrong EVERYTIME. They mess up my order ALMOST everytime. The pepperoni is so spicy that I ate 2 pieces and couldn’t eat anymore. I definitely will NOT be back here.
Never really had an issue with this place. Always come around for the $5 Canada Day pizzas and one worker was all by themselves in the morning. Still managed to get everyone’s pizza done in quick time. There’s always plenty of deals on the app as well if you feel the price isn’t sufficient but the quality is always great for me.
Completely disappointed, I would give it a zero star if I could. We almost always order from the same branch for years. I placed the order online as usual and they got it wrong. Spoke to the manager on the phone and he spoke with me with a tone and annoyed voice. Terrible customer service and definitely no manners.
