General Manager committed forgery and signed my name on a receipt i never received when asked by my bank about a claim i made for this delivery. I asked for a refund directly from the store because the pizza came with a huge dent in it and was cold andnasty which the GM said he processed but never did so i went through my bank which he lied to and sent over a receipt that inever received with the delivery with a signature that?s not mine. Now i can?t get my money back and will never trust thisstore. All this franchise offered was a gift card for forgery
I usually don't write reviews but need to say this place is HORRIBLE. Driver never came. Did not receive my order. Order tracker says delivered Called the store multiple times and unable to reach anyone. Finally reached someone a few days later. I reported the issue and whoever I spoke with (he refused to give his name) hung up the phone on me. RUDE and DISAPPOINTING. Never ordering again from this place.
I don?t understand how this place is still open. I have not had a SINGLE positive experience here. The positive reviews are OBVIOUSLY planted by the owners. The employees are nice people, but they are understaffed and if I could get in a boxing ringfor one round with the a-hole I spoke to on the phone who claimed to be the GM, I?d pay good money for it.
Pizza is decent and delivery is pretty fast if you order through the app. Other than that, I hate this place. Service is slow. Even if you ordered beforehand and just need to pick it up, it takes forever. Sometimes they can?t find my order even thoughit?s sitting right there.I tried doing curbside once and they never came out of the store.

This place is horrible the delivery drivers are rude do not waste your money on this place this place is horrible then when you try to call and make a complaint to the manager she hangs up the phone on you this is the worstest place don't waste your moneydon't go here and don't make online orders here they are better places better service
Terrible! don't order them from here. status online was marked as complete as if the order was delivered if it was not. the online news like other sites have never been updated. I tried to call the load, no answer. the order did not arrive until an hour after it was completely marked.
My Review is for Romeos Pizzeria at 188 and Union Turnpike Fresh Meadows, NY. Always a treat to come and grab my favorites at Romeos. Very good chicken rolls, vegetable pizza, cesar salad pizza, regular pizza, broccoli wheels all are my favorites. Very yummy and delicious.
visited this place because it was a job of my brother the day. they have done a very good job to change the place, although I have not seen it before. must admit the best dough at all!

Hi, I?m a regular pizza lover here. They always Serve hot and fresh pizza here. I would highly recommended my friends and family here to come and grab more pizzas, wings.
they don't pick up the phone, they don't deliver on time, it's just ridiculous.
