We had lunch on Sunday from 12h to 13h40 at the Courtepaille de Montigny le Bx (78). We were placed against the window or the filtering cold air was slipping our shoulders. We asked to open the radiator, which still displayed “5” but which did not release any heat. The server (maybe the manager of the building) offered us to install ourselves near the grill because the boiler was actually broken and could not be repaired quickly because it would cost 11000 € (onze miles) if the heating was to be repaired! Pizzas ordered by telephone. I'll get them. Arriving in front of all the staff was out smoking (they have the right to take a break obviously) but they quietly waited to finish to go back to the pizzeria. Then none of them washed their hands and they resumed their work. Normal. My pizzas were ready, but I waited 10 minutes before someone gave me the word. Well, I'm already tired of it so I'm gonna abbreviate: pizzas and drinks not matching the order. Price does not include the discount displayed. Another 10 minutes to explain and make it clear. I'll never go that again.

After more than an hour of waiting and a pizza that arrives totally cold I get sent by a kid with a wesh wesh language. I wasn't just asking to warn that my pizza was cold I'd never give up there again. When doing a job with public contact, you have to speak correctly and be listening to the client.
When are you going to commit to meeting the European Chicken Commitment's minimum criteria, and to integrate a portion of open-air chickens into your supplies as already did Pizza Paï, Picard, and even Lidl and Leclerc very recently?
This is the first and last time I take pizza. Very little trim, I'll say almost nothing. For the price paid it makes the pate expensive. I call it robbery. Really very disappointed. Nothing to do with the photos on the site.
A team more than unpleasant and rude. No problems to take our money, but behavior more than the limit of the person at the counter! We finally took back our money and left the pizzas!

I do not recommend this sign that buys high Brazilian chickens in the worst conditions. If you want to do something for livestock, go eat elsewhere
