I'm a rater when it comes to places I go eat or visit, thus far this place has the best pupusas! Not to mention their orchatas. If you're visiting long branch Beach stop by this place you won't regret it! The only cons I saw was the attention we hadfinished our meal and they didn't bring our drinks, we had to go to them and remind them. The empanadas de plantain were okayI'm still looking for a spot on these empanadas overall, place has a good outdoor atmosphere to sit.
OmG . so i have been eating pupusas for quite some time as my husband is from el Salvador. His sister makes some of the best pupusas i’ve ever eaten, i never thought i would find a place that would be equal to or even BETTER than hers but wow did we find it. these are the BEST pupusas so yummy . and the yuca and chicharron is a must try as well ! so so so good ! We will be back for sure !! love supporting a family owned restaurant .
We drove about 45 minutes to try these but they saw us come in. Didn?t say anything. As we approached to order she said they were closing. And they couldn?t take out order. Online it states they don?t until 6 but she said they close sometimes at 4sometimes 4:30 sometimes 5. So don?t trust the closing time, definitely call ahead.
Rice to salty,soup to watery and the worse the Orcharta made from powder ! I dont try the pupusas,here oder thing about it,the pupusas you have to eat wherever they make,you can't make the way you want it is a shame. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is my second visit to Don Beto's! The pupusas are amazing, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. I just wish the salsa was a little spicier, but overall, I highly recommend this spot.
I ordered one order of pupusas of rice and a order of revueltas. They gave me two orders of rice that i did not ask for. the red sauce was watery too. bad service. but good horchata.
I only stopped by for some fried yuca. But they didn't disappoint and the owners and chefs were really nice. Very lowkey, very clean, excellent service.
