I was here for my birthday today and ordered the Ed B Sandwich. The beef was green and iridescent; and the sandwich was cold. I had two bites. When the waitress came back, I mentioned it. She took the dish into the kitchen and said, no worries that I will take it off the bill. She came back without a plate/sandwich, but then she told us that the beef was good and the kitchen said they couldn't take it out of the bill because there was no problem with how it was cooked. Fantastic service and food! Annie was our server. She gave us the soup and the beer. The side order of Tot's is huge! The grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken were both fantastic! Very quick service and the food is a must try when you are in town for lunch or dinner.
Donnelly's is a classic Irish pub friendly but low key, you can sit at the bar and chat or snag a table in the corner for privacy. The beer selection is excellent with a good rotation, and the food is also very good. This is my go to place in Fairport!
