It has been a while since we have had a coffee and donuts at the Donut King located in the Village Shopping Centre at Batemans Bay. It is in a convenient location at the entrance to Coles Supermarket, which is its original location since the opening of the complex. We were very impressed at the courteous service provided to us on the day we visited. One of the staff members was a young lady who from our observations had great skills in customer service and in clearing tables and keeping the café area clean and tidy. We enjoyed our flat white coffees accompanied by hot donuts. They do have a loyalty card and a special deal for Seniors.
Where can I start ? This donut king shop is the worst one I have ever been to I will never return the staff took ages to serve me like minutes and so rude, when I finally got order the coffee was very cold...and tasted like soap suds were in it . My bad experience has still lasted until now I have never returned to any donut king shops since
I was feeling very peckish and was looking for something sweet to go, then I came across this little shops with lots of goodies in it. I picked out a long donut split open with caramel icing and yummy cream decorating the top of the donut and I was hooked it was really delicious and satisfied my urge for something sweet
another cash only business in Batemans bay.Even from a large franchise like donut king.Most annoying having to visit atm's all day to cater for the tax avoiders.I think an audit of business's in Batemans bay is in order.

Bad customer service from the owner. Never friendly, and saw her speaking rudely to younger staff. (the younger staff are great). On top of that the iced donut was stale, nice coffee but won't be returning
Travelling through with wife and have a coffee and thick shake. Sadly the customer service was terrible. Rude to customers. On a high note the coffee and thick shake was nice
We have a habit of trying all the Donut Kings in Australia, this one was pretty good but need more staff, they were run off their feet the Saturday we went there.
This Donut King serves great milkshakes that are cold and make as requested. The coffee is nice and hot. Overall the service is friendly and quick.

This is the only place i ever go for donuts and thick shakes bc they're so amazinggg i seriously couldn't give the place a single flaw
Staff have always been nice and they make great coffee. it is good to sit down and it satisfies my sweet tooth :)
